At BeFresh360 Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the best product and shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your website purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
- Website Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund. If you request cancellation after the 24-hour window, we may be unable to process the cancellation as your order may have already been processed for shipment.
1.2 How to Cancel:
To cancel your website order, please contact our customer service team at admin@befresh360.com within the allowed time frame. Be sure to provide your order number and any relevant details for processing.
- Website Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with the website purchase of your product for any reason, BeFresh360 will refund the amount paid for the product at the time the product is returned by you (at your cost) and received by us, but excluding Shipping and Handling charges.
You are also eligible for a refund if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
2.2 How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@befresh360.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue with the product
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the product (if required). BeFresh360 is not liable for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit.
BeFresh360 does not control when a credit card company processes a refund transaction. Please contact your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the refund.
- Website Returns
3.1 Return Conditions:
You can return most products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
BeFresh360 will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment as subject to Australian Consumer Law.
BeFresh360 does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the risk passes to the purchaser.
3.2 How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@befresh360.com to initiate the return process.
- You will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3.3 Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return criteria. A refund will be issued, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Requests:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@befresh360.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will guide you through the process of returning the original item and sending out a replacement.
- Shipping Costs
- Refundswill be processed to the original payment method for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
